Deliveries and Returns
SHIPPING
Pet items will be packaged up and shipped within 2-3 working days.
Pet ID tags are made to order and produced and shipped within one week.
Human clothing and accessories are made to order, current production times are seven working days.
For international orders, customers will be responsible for customs and import taxes that might be applied. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to notify is you wish to return it, and return it within 30 days.
Personalised items are not available for a refund unless faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@pupchic.boutique. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

WEAR AND TEAR
Please always check your accessories for wear and tear, no products are indestructible to our furry friends. It is your responsibility to determine the suitability of the product for your pet.
LOST ID TAG
We do not replace lost tags as this is most often due to the lead being attached to the ID ring instead of the collar D-ring by mistake or because the dog has got the ring caught on something whilst on a walk. Some dogs are more adventurous than others and it is important to always check your ID tag is secure to your dog's collar or harness before each walk. Unlike engraved pet tags, our pet tags are made using Pawesome Pet Tag's signature print and dome technique. They are the UK's strongest pet tags. The unique resin domes keep your important contact details safe from any scratches and we only use the strongest stainless steel metal so the dog tag doesn't snap off the dogs collar.
