• Order cut-off: Boxes close on the 5th of each month.
• Dispatch: Posted by the 15th of each month.
• January delivery: Sign up by 5 January for this month's.

We customise every Pup Chic box so it’s perfectly sized and suitable for your pup. When you subscribe, tell us:

• Any food intolerances or sensitivities
• Your dog’s breed
• Neck & chest measurements (or their Pup Chic collar, harness & clothing size if you’ve shopped with us before)

Shipping & Returns

Dispatch: Your box ships by the 15th of each month following the 5th cut-off.

Postage: Free UK shipping, standard international rates apply.

Returns: These subscription boxes are non-returnable due to custom selections and perishable items. You can cancel the subscription at any time from your account.
